The continuous search for absolute quality has led the Nonino family to adopt this structure for its own distillery, because it is the only one that allows a strict respect of the freshness and quality of the primary products. The Nonino family personally follows the phases of purchase of the primary products and distills exclusively at the same time as the harvest, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to preserve fragrances and aromas and to avoid any form of storage.
