The Nonino Tour consists of a journey divided into 4 stages to discover the magic of the art of distillation 100% with artisanal method. Discover the places where more than 120 years ago the history of the family that revolutionized the world of Grappa began.

Visit of the Nonino Distilleries, unique in the world with 66 artisanal batch stills, to discover distillation 100% with artisanal method. From the selection of extremely fresh pomace, continuing with the fermentation, to conclude with the gush of full degree Grappa from the distillation bells.

Visit to the aging cellars under seal (M.I.G) that house 2400 barriques and small casks, to discover the Nonino aging method, natural and without color additives. Upon reservation - thanks to the intervention of an official of the Monopoly and Customs Agency in charge of opening the seal - you can enter the aging cellars and taste exclusive Riserva.

Tasting of five Nonino Grappa and Spirits in purity, to discover the scents and flavors that make each distillate unique. The multisensory journey is accompanied by the history of the birth of Grappa in Italy and the Nonino Revolution that turned Grappa from Cinderella to a Queen of distillates.

The last stage of the trip is the Nonino Cocktail Evolution. Created by the Nonino family in the 1980's, it sees Grappa and Distillates as the new protagonists in cocktails, to discover the versatility of the oldest Italian distillate also in mixology and say goodbye parting with a toast.
